Prezão App – Enhancing User Experience for Reward Redemption
The Prezão app allows users to collect coins and exchange them for benefits such as data, voice, and SMS packages. As the platform evolved and onboarded new campaign partners, the growing number of offers made navigation cluttered and confusing. This directly impacted user understanding, engagement, and conversion rates.
The challenge was to rethink how campaigns were organized, clarify usage limits and redemption rules, and create a more streamlined, intuitive interface.
